Yes. Clients are assigned a primary counsellor who provides continuity of care throughout their treatment, supported by the wider multidisciplinary team.
Are your staff registered with professional bodies?+
Our counsellors, nurses, psychologists and social workers hold recognised qualifications and maintain registration with the relevant South African professional bodies.
Can family members speak with the treatment team?+
Yes, with the client's consent, our team is available to update and involve family members as part of the recovery process.
How is my treatment plan personalised?+
Following an initial assessment, the multidisciplinary team collaborates to design a treatment plan tailored to your addiction history, physical health, emotional wellbeing and recovery goals.
Is there always a nurse or medical support on-site?+
Yes. A registered nurse forms part of our on-site team at each centre to support medical monitoring and detox care where required.
