peace, and to honour our bodies and minds as we recover. In rehab, self-care is not an afterthought.
It becomes a foundation for survival.

Substance abuse often disconnects people from their physical selves. Eating habits suffer, sleep
becomes irregular, the body is pushed past its limits. Recovery gives us a chance to relearn what it
means to care for our physical health. Simple routines like getting enough sleep, drinking water,
taking a walk, or eating nourishing meals become powerful acts of healing. These aren’t grand

ask for help. You deserve care, too.
